What You’ll Own & Build:

• Full ownership of a non-established territory (U.S. or international) as Principal & Senior Vice President of your independent OSJ
• The freedom to run your office exactly as you want — on-site team, remote reps, hybrid — scale as fast and as big as you choose
• Complete control over your local marketing, advertising, networking, and lead generation (you cover these costs; we provide the winning products and marketing assets)
• The ability to sell our full portfolio of high-margin custom compounds, Eco Prototype materials, flame-retardant solutions, and proprietary additives that close deals fast because they genuinely save clients 25%+ while being greener and safer.

Explosive Growth Path: Once your office consistently generates $1 million+ in annual revenue for two consecutive years, you earn the right to open additional non-established territories — building a multi-location enterprise under the Dynamic Modifiers umbrella.

Compensation: 10% on all Sales with industry-leading, uncapped earnings. Top performers in our space routinely earn six- and seven-figure incomes because our solutions deliver immediate, measurable ROI to every customer. The more you sell and the more reps you recruit, the more you keep.
