Dr. El Khezraji is an experienced R&D Scientist in polymer synthesis, organic chemistry, and foam formulation. Currently focusing on developing high-performance foams and adhesives polyurethane systems.  I hold dual PhDs in Polymers and Composite Materials from CSIC-ICTP (Spain) and IMED Laboratory (Morocco), with research focused on isocyanate-free polyurethane technologies for reduced environmental impact.  

Dr. Nzeh is a Materials and Process Engineer with a strong background in polymer materials, materials processing, materials characterization, composites, and process development.  His technical expertise spans polymer compounding, extrusion, and composite systems, with particular strength in understanding and optimizing structure–property–processing relationships. 

Dr. Chaudhari is an expert in selecting the right system for the application and then building the process that makes it actually perform.  Focusing on demanding polymer systems, including polyolefin/graphene oxide compounds, structural composites from waste materials, thin-film functional materials, and CFRP composites for space-exposure testing. 

Polymer Materials Scientist with 10+ years’ experience across industrial R&D, academia, and advanced manufacturing. Specialises in polymer composites, functional coatings, and materials characterisation and processing. Proven track record of scaling laboratory formulations to industrial production, enhancing product performance, and delivering cost optimisation. With over 14 years in corporate R&D and business development, Dr. Haris specializes in high-performance polyamide compounds and engineering plastics, driving profitability through advanced formulation, flame retardant technologies, and silicone-based solutions for demanding automotive applications. His strong technical sales expertise enables him to identify new market opportunities and accelerate growth across the Automotive, Electrical & Electronics, and Furniture sectors.

Dr. Ing is an expert Chemical and Plastics Process Engineer with over 14 years of industry experience in corporate R&D, Technical Services, and Business Development. Dr. Parandoosh  is an accomplished polymer scientist and plastic engineer with deep expertise in bioplastics formulation, sustainable materials, and polymer processing. Specialized in PLA, PHA, and cellulose acetate (CA) formulations, as well as the identification of extrusion processing parameters for bioplastics, polyesters, and polyolefins. His expertise spans the full value chain — from fundamental polymerization chemistry and catalysis to industrial process optimization. 

Dr. Barros is an expert in polymer processing, reactive extrusion, rheology, injection molding, and material development. Experienced in developing and optimizing advanced polymer systems, including nanocomposites and polymer blends, from research through processing and application.  Strong technical expertise in extrusion technologies, process optimization, material characterization, and analytical methods, with a results-driven approach focused on solving complex engineering challenges and driving innovation.

Dr. Bensalah is an expert in entrepreneurship, she bridges cutting-edge materials science with real-world commercialization, turning agricultural waste into high-performance, low-carbon graphite for next-generation batteries. 

With a Double PhD from University Hassan II (Morocco) and Technical University of Berlin (Germany), a prestigious Bayer Foundation PhD Scholarship, and experience as a Visiting Academic at Oxford University, she brings deep technical expertise to the table. Dr. Peyman Ezzati is a leading polymer scientist with over 15 years of experience in elastomer materials, sustainable polymers, and industrial innovation. Holding a PhD, MSc, and BSc in Polymer Engineering, he excels in elastomer engineering, rubber compounding, and advanced material design.
